Hi Anne,
I have met you on some of the dog lists.  Wow!  231 houseplants?
Tell me what they are...and maybe you can give me some hints
about making mine flourish better.

I am worrying about a small lemon tree which was on my Mother's balcony
all summer.  I discovered it was covered with scale.  I have
sprayed with dormant oil, but they are still there.  Right now
it is about 40 degree F in your temperature scale outside.
Should I can take it back out and spray it again and then hose down?
Also, does one cut back the branches on lemon trees.  I will
be keeping it in a 45 degree F greenhouse for the winter.
(Obviously I have never had a lemon tree before.) <grin>

Advice?
