aphids, bulbs

Ok, what about those pesky aphids --my ivies all have 'em, and repeated
soapy baths and insecticidal soap sprays are doing nothing but stressingthe
plants out. How do you all get rid ofthem?

Also, do you suppose it is too late for starting narcissisus indoors to force?
