Just checking in...

Hey folks, been a while since I stopped in. Been busy growing my "indoor"
plants outside. I am always amazed by how well the plants do outside
compared to inside, even with less than optimal light. Must be the humidity
and temperature variance. It's been very rainy and wet here this month.

All the clearance plants I bought during winter are now doing fine. My
dragon tree ($1.99, 8" pot) has lost all it's original leaves and has a full
set of leaves on each head. My Silver Queen Pothos ($2.99, 8" pot) is
happily hanging on the deck. The Ficus and Schefflera ($2.99, 10" pots) are
basking in full shade by my front door with plenty of new growth on each.

No new plants to report on except for a purple colored (wax?) begonia my
sister sent me from New York. It was grown from a cutting that she made
last year. In other words, it was FREE! And you know how I like CHEAP or
FREE. :-)
