Thank you for the advice.
We have 5 trees in our back yard -- either oak or hickory so little
trees are already everywhere. Anyway -- I can put up a little feeder
in the shady areas for the little critters. Of course, they are
probably already mad b/c we are taking out the small trees -- I like
trees in a yard as much as the next person but it is a yard and needs
to be maintained. We had 8 trees ina tiny back yard! As I was
watching this weekend, they can still hop from tree to tree b/c the
larger oaks are just that old!
Also, Vickie, I do have a one two places near the fence that might
allow a few tomato plants to grow. These can be for the squirrels.
I don't want to get rid of them - I just want them to be deterred from
the veggies and flower beds.
