Very good point.
Chemicals are chemicals, whether you've extracted them from a plant or
produced them in a lab or mined them from a hillside. Just because
something is of organic origin doesn't make it safe or harmless. And just
because something is manmade doesn't mean it's unsafe or bad for the
environment.
Always be VERY careful and read instructions thoroughly before using any
commercial product, including the so-called 'natural' or 'organic' products.
BTW, soap solutions kill primarily by desiccation (drying out the
miscreants) and Dawn dish soap will work fine and smells a whole lot better
than the far more expensive commercial products.
