Welcome to the list!  We help folks in apartments all the time.  You can plant
around the foundation near your apartment, making some new perennial and
annual beds.  Container gardening can be much fun and give so much
satisfaction -- on a porch, on a balcony and in your windows INSIDE your
apartment.  You can buy a bird bath for a focal area of your garden, even if
it really isn't yours.  Perhaps add a feeder also with plants around the base
of the feeder and the bird bath.  Much fun.  Hours and hours of REWARD for
you.  Garden centers and greenhouses in your area can be of much help.  GOOD
