[INDOOR-GARDENING:264] Apartment gardening

May I suggest you contact your apartment
management before doing anything outside your own
balcony.  I've had the experience of management
being really upset and forcing people to take down
what they did in the way of gardening.

Perhaps you could talk to management about
sponsoring a container garden or balcony garden
contest for the summer.
