Angelwing Begonia and Cuban Oregano--help!

Howdy all,
Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong with my mini angel begonia??
Leaves are getting yellow from bottom up.  It is definitely NOT
overwatered, possibly underwatered, but not likely.  I recently moved it to
a spot with more light, about 1.5 hours of morning sun and the rest of the
day bright filtered light. No results as of yet.  Could lack of light have
been the problem???  does it need some iron?? ANy ideas?
Also, my cuban oregano, which I love, is doing the same thing.  I repotted
it and stuck it outside for its summer vacation.  No worse, no better.  ???

PS my Plumeria cutting is FINALLY putting forth a leaf!!! (I planted it in
January!!) Hallejulah!!!!!
