flowering diffenbachia

hello everybody,

i was just at the store yesterday when i ran into a two foot diffenbachia
with two flowers growing out of it.  i've had diffenbachias for years and
have never seen one bloom.  does anybody have any suggestions on how to
get these things to bloom?
