Dale;
Just reread your post after I sent the first answer and noticed the
description of lines of perforations on the leaves. That suggests that the
problem could also be viral (with the virus inside the leaf tissue and
following the veins). In that case, you probably want to just pitch the
plant and start over..
Also, be sure you sterilise your clippers after you cut off parts of the
leaves..
