Re: cutting back hibiscus


Sounds like you know a lot about hibiscus.  In her case, she was just
going to leave it outside, so I thought it would be better to cut it
back than just let it freeze.

Mine was a gift a few years ago, looks grafted, and very fully double. 
Don't know how much that tells you.  I didn't pay much attention to the
name back then, but I've enjoyed it so much I'd like to get some others.

I've read some things on the list about creating new varieties and I'd
like to know more about how to do that.  Do you know of any books I
might be able to get on that?
