HI

Has anyone tried to cover tire's with Hypertuffa?  If so, does it stick?
Or do you think it will break away after a while?  I have plenty of used
tires I would like to make a wall out of to plant rosemary in.  Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you,
