Hiya, Philip...long time no talk! Do Transparents (apples) qualify as
antique? Had one in last house that was delish and bore in
August...tart/sweet simultaneously and very juicy. My German Shepherds loved
them too! Wanted to graft some but the strict timing element disuaded me. I'd
LOVE to combine apple trees and roses but
do I hear a word of warning doing this? Is the apple a vector for rose
diseases?
