As long as the blue flower topic has come up, let me recommend adenopholia,
or ladybells. They look just like the taller campanulas, but they last
longer in bloom and have a longer life. They grow well in my zone 6a
garden in full sun and will bloom off and on most of the summer if you keep
them deadheaded.

After trying campanulas, I fell in love with the ladybells. In fact, I am
buying more this year even though my original plant has since multiplied.
