I agree with you, they take a couple of years to kick in!! I have one that I
have hauled to the third location (all different properties)  It did bloom
beautifully in my bathroom in Park City, Utah with alot of sunshine.  I have
since planted it in the yard and it has dozens of new shoots this year.
