Phil,

My 'Hansa' did not bloom the first year I put it into the garden nor did
'Therese Bugnet.'  I'm thinking that they might need a settling-in period
that hybrid teas do not.  Come to think of it, all of my rugosas sulked the
first year and took off running after that.
