Re: Resignation of Listowners

Dear Diane,

I would gladly take over as listowner if that is all right with the other
participant of this forum. Those who have lurked in the background for fear
of being shot down can feel free to voice their opinions and make
themselves known.

The scope of my interest and credentials speak for themselves. All anyone
need do is review the Mallorn archives and judge for themselves my
diversity of interests and sincerity. I have nothing to hide.
<http://www.mallorn.com/lists/sansevierias/>

I would encourage participants to speak on ALL aspects of growing and
knowing Sansevierias and not exclude anyone. We will also encourage
participants to discuss Sansevierias as a hobby for everyone and anyone who
is interested.

The false accusations that have been made against me and unjustified
personal attacks will be a thing of the past. What has transpired is on the
record for all to see and draw their own conclusions. There are no sour
grapes on my part. No one has judged you nor questioned your credentials as
an "expert" so it is best to just let that final remark drop. Let it be
known that I have never unjustly criticized either you or Hermine in this
forum or via private communications.

Good luck with your new endeavors Diane and Hermine. It is a shame that you
do not feel that your new forum should be open and freely available to
casual observers who most seek you wisdom and guidance. Is that what
enabling gardening is all about? May Juan be more forthcoming and
supportive as moderator in the new forum than he has been in this one. :-)

Hello:
I am writing this for Hermine and myself. We are tired of all the
discussion and arguing about plant names. Many of you consider this to be
vital to your interest in Sansevierias. That's fine.

To this date, Stephen has not revealed his "credentials" to me so I can
judge whether to consider him an expert.

Hermine and I have made the painful decision to resign as listowners and to
continue our discussion of these wonderful plants, under the leadership of
Juan, at sansevieriasashobby@onelist.com

If any more of you would like to join us, please go to:
http://www.onelist.com/subscribe/sansevieriasashobby 25 from this list are
already actively talking there.

We need to know who to assign as list owner for those who wish to continue
these in depth discussions on nomenclature.

Stephen: May we make you the listowner so we can delete ourselves
immediately? I do not think you understand how you sound in print.

This is serious. We need a new listowner.
