Hello subscribers:

Due to repeated offenses by certain people, henceforth, any person sending
offensive private mail to a person on this list, or making any unkind
public remarks will be set to review.  This means none of your messages
will be posted to the list without the approval of Hermine or myself as
co-listowners.

The only two people with the authority to judge the appropriateness of any
person's posts are Hermine and myself.  NO ONE else has that right.
