in regards all dwarf sports. the sometimes revert. why did i not think of
this sooner? BAD HERMINE! there are bamboo dwarf cultivars which suddenly
go mad and push major canes up in the middle, and if you do not go after
them with x-acto knives, you are going to have them overgrow the dwarf.
same with super-dwarf conifers. these are just 2 examples which come to
mind. selective pruning may be needed to maintain the true dwarf.
