Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
My trellis space is in short supply (a total of 8 square feet) and needs to
accomodate all my green beans, tomatoes, and watermelon.
I was just reading the Organic Gardening article by Mel where he suggests
growing the watermelon on a chain link fence. It so happens that I have a
chain link fence right by the raised beds but it is only three feet high
and it would free up some of my trellis space in the raised beds. Do you
suppose that three feet high would be high enough for the watermelons?
