Mom's dog found an Eastern Massasagua (sp) a few year back when we lived
in the Catskills. That snake was a some ferocious and nasty little
bugger. Kept jumping at us, the lhasa got a bad case of waterbottom, she
was so frightened by it.

We had Hubs come and "thunk" it with a big rock, then he carried it,
still wriggling, on the end of a garden fork down to the brook where he
tossed it in. Good riddens!
