Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
I will probably get in trouble for going off topic here but it sure seems
like a lot of your dogs get bitten. The homeopathic remedies for poisonous
snakebites( or any other kind of animal bites), rabies and serious puncture
wounds are Ledum and Rescue Remedy- used by lots of Vets and sold in almost
any good health food store. Rescue remedy stops the shock to the system and
calms the animal(or person) It is essential for any kind of injury or
trauma-including emotional and I carry it in my glove box and have used it
with Cayenne Pepper (Improves circulation and stops bleeding and shock
fast!-but dont use it if the animal has been bitten-by a poisonous snake-
you want to slow the circulation down!)and Arnica for pain -when Iworked in
animal rescue and would come across a dog that had been hit by a car.
Technically the ledum used properly would work to slow down the poisoning
process and stop it on it's own but most folks wouldn't chance it and would
just use it to buy time till they got to the vet.You can find info on the
net or buy a book on natural pet care if you want more info. This is not
crackpot stuff- Watch Emergency Vets on Animal planet and you will see them
use these remedies over and over. If I offend- forgive me for my wandering
off topic- but snakes and getting bit seem to be hazards of gardening(I hope
not in my yard-please God....)-so it seems to fit-Use it for humans too.
