Edamame Soybeans (was Re: Sqft Gardener's Logbook - week of 4/3/00)

They are indeed soybeans (edamame in their boiled, salted form).  I'm trying
some this year...got mine from Johnny's Selected Seeds.  I think they're called
"Butterbean" soybeans.
