Roundup will kill poison ivy. Just spray it on the leaves when there is no
wind blowing. In a few days you will notice the leaves starting to curl
up and die. Do this in the Spring and you won't have to worry about it
producing the berries. This stuff is very hardy, but Roundup gets to the
root and kills the whole plant. If the plant is very big, you may have to
spray again later. I just use a small hand sprayer for nothing but
Roundup.
