the people in Europe more than the US. There was so much unknown though
and no one wanted to take a chance so most people stopped using it.
I threw my box out as well. I haven't heard any reports about people
being affected and I know they still sell bone meal in the stores. 
I wonder about this too, because I want to buy an organic fertilizer
that contains all kinds of good stuff, but I noticed one of the
ingredients is bone meal. I'm sure this stuff has been selling over
the past few years, but I don't know of any results from it ( or at 
least I haven't heard).
