Sean, you need more humidity! Spider mites thrive in dry conditions.
To stop the current spider mites and interrupt their life cycle, rinse your
plants well with warm water, washing off the webs and any mites you see.
Then be sure to spray/mist your plants with water often--all of the plant,
especially underneath the leaves.
If more control is needed, I would use fine horticultural spray oil mixed
with water (smothers them, and won't harm you). If you can't find it
locally, Charley's Greenhouse Supply (1-800-322-4707) has Sun Spray brand
ultra-fine horticultural oil.
Hope this helps.
