I can't say from experience on anything but potatoes.  For those, I've been
pleased with both Ronniger's Seed and Potato (po box 307, Ellensburg, WA
98926) and Territorial Seed Company (po box 157, Cottage Grove, OR 97424).
I'd recommend both catalogs, if only for the informational content on
varieties and culture.  I believe Territorial carries some of the other
things you're looking for as well.  Good luck with your plant search!
