Hi, I used to do a lot of sprouting in jars and I found that rinsing them
more than recommended(I did it at least three times a day)and placing the jar
upside down over a clean tea towel or paper towels kept them from starting to
go bad. I liked to use a mixed seed---if the odor is just a natural strong
broc.smell this cuts it down--and I like the slight bite of raddish. If that
doesn't help you -- you might try trays(spreads the seed out more and lets
air circulate better. Hang on you can soon use that garden hat.... Bonnie
