The weather traditionally goes in cycles.  It will on average get colder
year after year for awhile, and then it will get progressively warmer
for awhile.  Things balance out.  If you live in zone 9, how can you get
frosts in June?  I also live in zone 9 and I barely get any frosts at
all.
