The only commercial tea plantation in the US is down around Charleston, SC.
I don't remember the name, but they may have a Web site. Hot & swampy seems
to be the rule. They may have some info that you could use.
Judging from the source list, I'd guess this is a Y2k question... Go down
to Sam's club and buy a case of instant coffee. It's cheaper, and you can
barter it. <g>
