You can grow and harvest chicory roots for coffee, and Nichols Garden
Nursery sells tea plants.  Herbs are also used a lot in teas.  Somebody
carries rice and growing instructions, but I've forgotten which seed co.
does carry it.  Run some searches on Internet.  Margaret L
