I'd say wait and see. I don't remember which book I read how long it
takes for different seeds to germinate at different temperatures (I
think it was Mel's - Square Foot Gardening) but at any rate, I've had
seeds sprout in just a couple of days at higher temperatures. I'm not
sure how hot the soil outside gets in the summer when it's above 90
degrees outside, but I do know that seeds seem to sprout faster in the
summer than in the cold spring.

Do remember, this is just gardening. I don't think it's an exact
science. I got a bit too hyped up about it last year. This year,
things are getting put in the ground as I get my beds changed over
from stones and rocks to concrete blocks (so they are even and level -
what a concept). Last year I planned where every plant was going to
go. This year - they go wherever they fit or wherever the mood takes
me.
