Kim,
I would venture to say they are dead. However I may be wrong so hold on
a little longer and start some back ups. Soil temperatures greatly
differ from the surface to below surface so the logic of They live in
90 degree weather outside is irrelevant.When it is 90 on the surface it
is usually 20-30 degrees less where the roots are at and in the winter
vice versa. This is because of soils wonderful insulation properties.
Your seedlins did not have the extra protection of being deeper in the
