I waded through a lot of messages thinking that you'd get dozens of
answers....but, seeing none, I shall.........

According to the book "Carrots Love Tomatoes," and (I think) Bob
Flowerdew's books: "Companion Plants" & "Companion Planting," Fennel is an
un-favored companion for most, if not all, of the plants we all know and
love...............

A check through the local Public Library re companion plants and planting
should prove most interesting, please don't rely on my flawed memory!
