I ordered my Austrian field peas from Territorial Seeds in Oregon
(http://www.territorial-seed.com/). They say they are fall-sown and do better in
cooler, poorly drained soil, and I did wait until September or October to sow
them, but my soil is warm and drains like cheesecloth (sandy, alkaline, rocky,
etc.)

What are cowpeas? Do you know what kind of soil and temps red clover likes? Is
it hard to get rid of?
