Thank you for your response to my plea for help.
I I am going to plant all of the things you recommended.
I don't normally cook with kale, swiss chard and collards, but we never
really ate eggplant before I grew it this year, but because it was part of
the harvest, we ate it. This will force us too expand our diets.
Someone gave me advice to just take a deep breath and dive right in.
