Oh, thank you. Someone ELSE thinks they have a dumb question. What a relief.
(We *dumb question* folks have to stick together.) ;-)
I personally haven't seen any around, but then I can't say I've got all that
many *good* nurseries near me either.

Well, I'm in Zone 7b and I figured back from our last frost date, and
direct-sowed earlier this week some carrots, bush beans, alaska peas, zukes,
garlic (from the supermarket, some which had started to sprout on me
anyway), and turnips. And started some seeds inside for cabbage,
cauliflower, broccoli and kale. Way late, but who knows? Worth a try, I
thought. The kale ought to be okay no matter what. If you've got the seeds
(or can get them quick), go for it!
