The Japanese bunching onion seed I bought at Behnke's a couple weeks ago
seems to be for scallion-type onions, which I expect to harvest late this
fall. However, any left in the ground could bulb up over the winter as long
as we get another mild one like last year.
I'm a first-timer on onions and encourage listers with more experience to
chime in.
