hubbard squash, was sqft mail list


I've never grown hubbard squash, and have been interested in it, but how do 
you store it after you harvest one and cut it open?  I see it in the 
grocery store unrefrigerated, but doesn't it get moldy?  There are just two 
of us. Don't think I want to fill the freezer with frozen squash.  Margaret L
