I've never grown hubbard squash, and have been interested in it, but how do you store it after you harvest one and cut it open? I see it in the grocery store unrefrigerated, but doesn't it get moldy? There are just two of us. Don't think I want to fill the freezer with frozen squash. Margaret L >However, I am intending on getting some green hubbard squash seeds as >that is what I grew up eating.
