Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Hello my names Alan I live in North
Linclonshire, England.
I am a follower of the Geoff Hamilton approach
to organic gardening. I currently have 3 raised beds which follow a three
year crop rotation plan.
I am interested in sq footing, but have one or two
question.
1) how do you deal with crop rotaion, so you don't get a build up of
diseases.
2) pH how do you deal with the different needs of plants in the same
plot.
I note some sq footers use
cedar wood as a soil retainer, what a waste of beautiful wood. I use
1"x6' treated wood thats been well weathered, I've not had any
problems.
P.S are there any sq footers in England.
Alan
