I can second that nomination for Powell's Books in Portland, Or.
Whenever we can't find  abook locall, we check there. It's a great 
resource . Second in size to the Library of Congress! (Okay, it's an 
exageration, but the place is HUGE!!!) One of stops when we are in 
Portland. I know, most of us stop at gardens and garden centers, but 
me, I have to hook up with a book junkie.
