Good Morning from zone 4

I am still working on putting together the instructions for our pvc
rack, but found a neat looking plan in the Feb. 1999 issue of Fine
Gardening. It is made of  2" squares of wood and will hold 20 of those
large seed flat if I understand correctly.   If you want to check it out
you may have to act fast as the March issue is already on some news
stands.  I picked up both issues at the same news stand.  Deany
