Last year, I bought soaker hose(s) which you can put the M & F ends on
(ie, not those 'flat' soaker hoses), some ends, some PVC pipe & glue,
& necessary fittings. I rigged up s/t like this:

----------------P-----------V-----------C-------> to spigot
   |		|	|	|
   |		|	|	|
   |		|	|	|
   |		|	|	|
   |		|	|	|
   -		-	-	-

NOT TO SCALE!!!!  LOL
| = soaker hose
- at bottom = the end caps

in other words, the soaker hoses all connected to the PVC & ran the
length of the bed in between the rows. The PVC was connected to a
(regular) hose which connected to the spigot.

For my little garden, it was far more expensive than necessary, but I
had fun! :)  Previously, I had looped soakerr hose in between my rows;
that work almost as well!!
