My (dumb) question on the use of blankets or heating pads is: How do you 
regulate the temp..without being there all the time..I wouldn't even begin to 
know how to deterimine how long the blanket needs to be on..on any given 
day/time. 
The temp in my basement can range from cold to cool...I don't even have a 
thermostat/thermometer down there
