Hello fellow gardeners. I'm a new listmember from upstate NY, where the sun is shining temptingly - a January thaw is creating patches of grass that seem bigger than a whole pasture. I'm sitting amidst a pile of seed catalogs, watching a small red squirrel dance around the bird feeder. I can't wait to go outside to play, but I know that reality is months away. January thaws are a mixed blessing. <sigh> My questions are about asparagus. Do any of you grow it in your raised bed boxes? What are the spacing recommendations? Is 12" deep enough? Thanks for any responses. Valerie _______________________________________________ Sqft-l mailing list Sqft-l@xena.pkiclue.com http://xena.pkiclue.com/mailman/listinfo/sqft-l
