Re: asparagus


I planted 3 plants last spring, on one side of a 4 x 6 bed.  They spread out
quite a bit and had some pretty red beries in the fall.  I have the idea
that it takes a couple years until the eating stage.  This may turn in to an
asparagus bed!  Actually, I had fennel and peppers in there too.
