Hi Joshua

My SQFT beds are sunken. I have poured concrete curbs at grade level
along my beds. I maintain the soil level in the beds at one or two inches
below the curbs. I drip water long season crops such as tomatoes but for
close spaced, short season crops, like radishes I flood the bed weekly
with about one inch of water. It has worked well for me. We are quite
conservative on water use here in So. Calif.
