Hi Margaret, 

Thanks for the advice, it's good info.

We use the bread and butter to tame the heat (and it's got to be real
butter, margarine just doesn't work) and a cold drink of water seems to
go better than the milk for us. Actually, the hose is an important
element in "I dare you". If Jason flinches first I ask him to water the
garden, if I flinch he usually gets to squirt Mom with the
hose........this has been delighting him since he was just a toddler,
he's 16 now and squirting Mom with the hose still brings on tremendous
giggles and peels of laughter from us both. 

This is our third year growing really ultra hot peppers and each year we
try a few different ones, some are so atomic hot that you can simply
touch the pepper and feel the capsicum heat your hand. It's always a lot
of fun.

We like to scramble up some eggs with some minced onion and sprinkle on
some diced hot pepper and roll it up into a flour tortilla with some
cheddar and salsa....yum yum for breakfast!
