Free rocks would be lovely here -- however I have none so am resorting to the 
ugly (expensive) long long lasting cement blocks.  I am going to put rebar in 
some of the holes to help stabilize them and when I am finished the beds will 
be 3 tiers high (24") since I have a bad back and will be worse by the time 
the beds are built.
