harvest it! cut the immature end off, boli, enjoy. if you wait for the
very end to get ready the majority of the ear will be fit only for cattle
feed

why not, but it is better to blanch corn first to stop the sugars from
continuing to turn to starch. this would not be possible if frozen in the
husk.
